Why I Created this Program
After leaving Corporate America, I realized something powerful: the financial success I had built didn’t have to stay behind - I just needed a new path that gave me more control over my time and served my need to connect better with my work. I created The Confident Agent to show other women the same truth: you can build a profitable, fulfilling real estate business without burning out or sacrificing your lifestyle.
As I explored what women truly needed to succeed in this industry, I noticed a big gap. Most real estate coaching programs were designed for seasoned agents looking to scale, not for women in the early stages—especially those navigating the unique challenges that come with career transitions, caregiving responsibilities, or simply wanting more balance.
I spent a summer in deep conversation with over 50 women who were brand-new or just starting to find their footing in real estate. Their stories, frustrations, and goals shaped every piece of this program. The Confident Agent is the strategic foundation I wish existed when I started—a step-by-step approach to building a six-figure business with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
