If you had asked me in 2005 — fresh out of college — what my life would look like, I would have given you the script everyone expected:
Climb the corporate ladder. Get married. Buy a house. Have a couple of kids. Take one good vacation a year. Savor the weekends.
I tried that. And I was deeply unfulfilled.
My life now? It’s a beautifully integrated blend of everything that matters to me — family, purpose-driven work, financial independence, and time for myself — all woven throughout my day. I’m living proof that a “work/life blend” isn’t just possible; it’s powerful.
I believe --- because I live it --- that women can be extraordinary business owners, loving partners, present parents, and connected friends without sacrificing themselves. It all starts with believing you're worth it — and building your life accordingly.

The Journey . . .
After 20 years in real estate — and a winding, real journey from Corporate America to residential broker and coach — I know firsthand the challenges and opportunities women face when making this leap.
I left a glamorous career selling luxury hotels in NYC to pursue residential real estate, drawn by the promise of flexibility, financial independence, and a deeper sense of purpose. With no experience, I launched VERY Real Estate in 2013 — a boutique firm focused on exceptional service. Despite the steep learning curve, we grew, becoming the first independent Philadelphia brokerage to partner with Compass RE in 2019.
But my true breakthrough came during COVID, when, as a military wife raising a newborn alone, I realized success is self-defined.
Today, I remain an active, top-producing Associate Broker with Compass RE in Philadelphia — but my greatest passion is coaching women transitioning from Corporate America into real estate sales.
I empower them to build six-figure businesses that give them control over their time, financial independence, and a career filled with deeper purpose. Together, we unlock the power of the skills and networks they’ve already built over years in corporate — because I believe your background is your greatest asset.
I built my coaching practice because I know how isolating this journey can feel, and because I’m tired of women feeling guilty for wanting to be present for their families and make significant income. I love helping them do both.
Through mindset work, strategy, and real-world tools, I help professional women design businesses and lives that reflect their values — not the industry’s outdated ideals — and make a lot of money while doing it.
This isn’t just business coaching.
