THE WHY
Why I Created this Program
After launching The Confident Agent, I started hearing a new kind of feedback - this time from experienced women in the industry. One day, a Team Lead approached me after seeing the transformation one of her agents was having in the program. She said, “I love what you’re doing for new agents. But what about women like me?” She didn’t want another cookie-cutter coaching group. She wanted a space where seasoned professionals could talk about the real challenges they face - the ones most people don't understand once you've reached a certain level of success. That conversation planted the seed for The Power Collective. I could completely relate to what she was saying.
As a 20 year veteran of the real estate industry, I’ve learned that the higher you climb on the career ladder, the lonelier it can be. We often don’t have people we can talk to about the day to day challenges of growing a business while managing our personal lives.
Originally built through word-of-mouth from top-performing women, The Power Collective is more than a coaching group - it’s a trusted circle for ambitious, accomplished women who are ready for their next level. The Power Collective exists because success at this level deserves support, not isolation. You shouldn’t have to do it alone - and now, you don’t have to.
