ABOUT
MY
Story
Hi! I'm Elizabeth Convery. I'm a coach, mentor, Navy wife, Mom of two little ones and a Team Lead and Associate Broker at Compass RE in Philadelphia, PA.
When I got into the residential real estate sales business after leaving a corporate job, I had little more than a few contacts on an Excel spreadsheet, but I wanted so badly to make it work. I was attracted to the flexible schedule a career in real estate could give me and I was deeply committed to helping people realize the dream of homeownership. I loved the idea of building a career with work that was impactful and also allowed me to earn significant income. I made a ton of mistakes along the way, but I eventually figured out the system for success - so much so, that I am grateful to consistently rank among the WSJ RealTrends top 1.5% of real estate agents in the country.
In 2023, I launched The Confident Agent: A System for Growth and Success for Women in Real Estate, a coaching program and online education platform designed to empower women in the early stage of their real estate career.
I am committed to showing women that they can earn significant income while controlling their day-to-day through a successful career in residential real estate sales.
I'd love to hear your story!
